The initial selection criteria for the Graduate and Internship programmes in London are as follows:
For applicants educated outside the UK you will be expected to hold the equivalent level of academic qualifications. If you do not have these minimum requirements you may not be invited to the initial stage of our recruitment process. We recognise and appreciate the length of time it takes to complete an application form and would not want you to waste your time unnecessarily.
However, if you do meet these basic criteria, please continue with your application form, which will be further assessed against our selection criteria depending on the business line you are interested in.
We accept and encourage applications from all degree disciplines. Some areas of investment banking will require a higher level of financial understanding but the training you receive will equip you with this.
Although we have fixed deadlines, we screen applications on a rolling basis. If you delay applying until the deadline you may find that all the Assessment Centre slots have been taken or that there are very limited places left and you will not be able to select a preferred date.
We will reimburse travel expenses within certain guidelines and up to certain limits. Please read the Travel Expense Policy.
An external company called Hotelbrokers may be able to help you find and book hotel accommodation. They have negotiated a competitive rate with a hotel chain called Citadines at two locations. Please be aware that we will pay for your hotel accommodation for the night before the assessment center or the night after the assessment center. Please refer to our travel policy.
Hotelbrokers are a separate company, not connected to Dresdner Kleinwort. You will have to contact them directly with any queries as Dresdner Kleinwort will not be able to assist you with any issue regarding your hotel accommodation. Also, should you need to postpone or cancel your trip to London, please ensure you inform Hotelbrokers within the stipulated cancellation period, to avoid being charged.
Alternatively we suggest that you ask a travel agent or look on the internet for suitable hotel accommodation. Below are some websites you might like to try. The links will open in a new window. Please note that the hotel web addresses are provided for information only, and Dresdner Kleinwort is not responsible for the content of external sites. Any arrangements are to be made directly with the hotel.

If you are unfamiliar with the transport system in London, please note that rush hour can be a stressful experience, and hold-ups and overcrowded trains can delay your journey. Please ensure you leave plenty of time to get to the venue, as the Assessment Centres start on time and you will not be able to join in if you arrive late.
We advise that you wear business dress to attend Assessment Centres.
The best way of getting in touch with us is by e-mail. Please send your query to campusteam@dresdnerkleinwort.com but if you would like to speak to someone, please call +44(0)20 74755009.
